Smith Street Parramatta is a 10 storey commercial office building in the heart of Parramatta.
The subcontract involved the design and construction of approximately 18,000m2 of post tensioned slabs, over a program duration of 23 weeks.
Design of the structure was started approximately 6 weeks before project commencement on site, and was completed by the time the building had reached the second level of constructon, giving forecast certainty and reliability on budget, procurement and programme.
