The Village, Balgowlah is a large mixed development on Sydneys lower nothern beaches. Consisting of approx 22,000m2 of basement carpark, 17,800m2 of retail, 16,900m2 of landscaped podium and 36,900m2 of residential floors spread over 8 towers ranging from 3 levels to 9 levels. The shear scale of the project and tight construction program is a testiment to our design and site teams.
