The 245 Hammersmith Road project is a 12-storey commercial development that will house flexible office units, retail space and a new public area for the local community. It will replace a nine-storey office block with two buildings connected by a central core and provide a circulation space for the public and services. The Lendlease development aims to improve the working environment and surroundings of the local community. Interspan not only delivered post-tensioning design, it also provided the design for the precast edge beams, which helped reduce cycle time and money in the delivery of the 30,000m2 project.
